Lely tines for ACGs

I’ve gotten more requests for information on the tine weeder I built for a G six years ago than any other piece of equipment I’ve developed.  If you can weld steel it’s relatively simple to build, although deceptively difficult to make fit under the G.
Because of all of the requests, I’ve put together a short description of its use and how to build it.  Click here for a link to the article.  Because this is the way I make my living now I’d love to help you customize it to your own tractor and help with any other questions.  Feel free to use the design and distribute it.  If you’re inspired to donate to my development fund that would be great.
Because the Lely tines are expensive and hard to get I’ve been working on a design using the less expensive Kovar tines, but I haven’t come up with a satisfactory adjustment system yet.  I’ll let you all know if I figure it out and any leads on other sources of adjustable tines would be greatly appreciated.
The photo below is Michael Menzies from Braeside Farm helping out on the last frame I put together.  See how simple it is.  I highly recommend drums as welding tables.
